Located at 563 King Street in the heart of Downtown! This event space offers a spacious rooftop overlooking King Street along with an ivy-covered garden beneath. The rustic lanterns softly glow as the sun sets and the long walkway lends itself to be the perfect spot to capture the romance that surrounds this space. The rooftop lets guests peer down on the happenings of King Street, while the historic brick and bright ivy-covered walls are a quiet retreat from the busy street.

Space:

• The rooftop is 1,600sqft and the lower garden is 1,200 sq.ft. The maximum for standing guests would be 150 and for seated is 80.

• We provide outdoor lounge furniture as well as a large wooden table and benches. All other furniture must be rented from an outside source.

• This is a completely outdoor space that can be tented by rental companies.

• There are six 2-bedroom apartments on-site that must be rented separately or as a compound with the venue for an additional fee.
