Strarted as a sous chef to my husband in Alexander's Personal Chef back in 2010, two years after we opened My Personal Chef LLC and started focusing more on catering rather than personal chef services. Decided to change it up to 801 Catering a few years ago (my idea haha).

Been cooking since 14 yrs old for a local catering company and slowly move to new places and new positions gaining experience in fine dining and mass gatherings cooking until we finally decided to open our very first business in 2010, it was Alexander's Personal Chef. Slowly started to gain customers and the wife along with her experience started helping out. We later opened My Personal Chef and finally 801 Catering with a focus on buffet style food.
Been cooking for 22+ years and love what I do.
