A Soulful Commitment, an officiant business based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, loves creating and delivering unique, non-traditional ceremonies for couples. Dina McGee, who is the owner and founder, started her business back in 2007. In addition to being licensed in Pennsylvania where she is based, she is also licensed in West Virginia, and Ohio. Because every couple is unique, she collaborates closely with each couple so that their finished ceremony is original and one of a kind.
Services Offered
Couples get the opportunity to browse through many different outlines and templates. These templates can provide you with a framework that you can then personalize. Many different wedding types can be accommodated, such as civil union, interfaith, non-religious, rehearsal, single religion, and vow renewal ceremonies. For couples who are interested in a more intimate elopement, A Soulful Commitment offers a short service with 15 of your friends and family members.

We loved being able to plan/create our one-of-a-kind ceremony through Dina's ceremony booklet that she created. Being able to pick and choose what words best represented us and our relationship made for an extremely personal and unique ceremony. We got so many compliments from guests and couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Rev. Amy has been in the wedding industry for over 19 years. She loves working with people to make their dreams come true, and help to create the perfect wedding day.
She is ordained through The First Nation Church, and is currently licensed in Pennsylvania
Rev. Amy has been married for 22 years to Larry and has one son~ Alex. She also has a sweet puppy named Charlotte and 4 cats. She loves to cook with her foodie family, and crochets!
Rev. Mike Larson has been ordained for the past 10 years and loves working with people to create their perfect wedding ceremony. He's ordained both by the Unity Life Church and the First Nation Church.
Rev. Mike is married to Amanda and dad to 12-year-old Teigan James. A journalist by trade, he spends his days interviewing people and writing and editing stories. Rev. Mike is an avid camper, hiker and fisherman, and loves spending time outdoors and discovering new adventures.
In 2007, Rev Dina relocated from her lifetime home in the Pacific Northwest to Pittsburgh, where she decided to put down new roots. She found Pittsburgh to be an ideal place to create unique ceremonies for all of life's special occasions. She went through a two year seminary and was ordained in Battleground, Washington through People of the Heart, SHE's organization, and the First Nation Church.
Rev. Dina has received her Doctorate of Divinity (D.D.) through the John Leland School of Theology and Religion at Laurel. She is licensed in Pennsylvania, Washington State, Maryland, West Virginia, and Ohio.
Rev. Dina has been married to her beloved for 13 years, has 1 daughter living at home, 3 adult children- 2 that live on the west coast, AND a precious grandbaby!
She also has a Labradoodle named Rory, a Golden Retriever puppy named Henry, and a cat Cooper.
