Welcome to Adornment! I am Skyler, your lead photographer. My husband Jeremy and I work side-by-side to capture your love story. We are based in North Carolina, but we frequently travel to destination weddings across the States. We believe that the relationship between photographers and couples should be personal to capture the delicate, intimate moments that define your wedding day. To better introduce ourselves, you can find us watching Wes Anderson movies, cuddled up with our cats, or on the hunt for caffeine. We hope that soon we can get to know you to provide you with your special, everlasting photos.

Writing about yourself is hard at least for me. As I sit here trying to figure it all out, I could tell you I'm funny, I'll keep you hydrated, and I'll care about you. BUT I WOULD RATHER SHOW YOU! I will dance all night at your reception (not well) and cry with your parents during the toasts. I will edit all the photos with a BIG OL' smile on my face because I'm reliving such a great day that I get to turn around and share it with you!
Jeremy is a husband, assistant, second shooter, and expert coat rack (for that pair of sunglasses or when your bouquet isn’t needed in the shot). Where’s your grandma? Oh, don’t worry, Jeremy is already running after her so she doesn’t miss the family portrait. He is truly there to make your day run as smoothly as possible while taking some killer photos from a different perspective.
