Afrolicious played our party the night before our wedding. They were a blast! Joe was super responsive and helpful in the months planning leading up to the event as well. Highly recommend.

If you are looking for wedding music that is several cuts above your average wedding band, you should look no further than Afrolicious.
This is a top notch music collective who will keep everyone dancing without just going through the motions of the usual cheesy wedding covers, since they are a legit recording/touring act with their own distinctive style (although, they do take requests if you have favorites for your event :))
They have a really fun and special sound -- sort of neo-funk/soul-- complete with lots of horns/percussion, killer instrumental solos and terrific vocals from maestro Joe. And they bring a ton of energy and great vibes to what they do.
Additionally, they are also just super nice guys and awesome to work with -- they are totally willing to work within the needs of the venue, etc. You will be in great hands with Afrolicious and I can promise your guests will leave raving about the music.
