Tina is AirPac's Chief Experience Officer. With an outgoing personality and a passion for networking, she assists our special event clients with coordinating climate control for their big day, whether it's a tented corporate luncheon or a rustic barn wedding. When she's not in the office, she's out at networking and industry events.

"It's never boring! I like that our team is always trying new things and I enjoy discovering product and service improvements. I find it really rewarding to work with our clients to pull off such special events from bat/bar mitzvahs to weddings."

Tina was born in California but has lived in many different states and countries as she grew up in a military family. She graduated from James Madison University where she majored in management information systems and economics. When she's not at work, Tina enjoys traveling to National Parks, hiking, and cooking. Her favorite TV show is The Profit and she is always excited for college football season.

Courtney is AirPac's Event Services Coordinator. With a talent for data organization, she plays a vital roll in digitizing AirPac's documents and creating standard operating procedures. You can find her in the front office, under a fluffy blanket with the heater on in the colder months.

"It's exciting to modernize an office's procedures and create a more eco-friendly, productive work place. I also love AirPac because it feels like my feelings matter. We're like a little family."

Courtney is a Front Royal, Virginia native and graduated from James Madison University where she majored in hospitality management and general business. She is currently working on her MBA from Liberty University. When she's not at work, Courtney enjoys reading, swimming, watching movies, and spending time with her family and her two dachshunds. Her favorite TV shows are Game Of Thrones and The Office.

Marlena is AirPac's social media coordinator and graphic designer. With a flair for aesthetics and organization, she schedules posts on social media channels and designs all of AirPac's printed materials and web presence. You can find her in the front office with a cup of hot tea, even in the middle of summer.

"I like working at AirPac because I've gotten to be a part of a massive re-branding in the last few years. We've seen an increase in our events side of the business and I love being a part of that."

Marlena was born in Washington, D.C. and graduated from the University of Virginia where she majored in architecture history and global culture and commerce. When she's not at work, Marlena enjoys cooking and getting active with hiking, pilates, and running. Her guilty pleasures are watching the Real Housewives series and The Great British Baking Show as well as binging true crime podcasts.
