I was absolutely thrilled with Alexandra’s and my bridal specialist, Kiana! I was extremely nervous going in because I did not know what to expect, especially at a sample sale, and as soon as I met Kiana my nerves went away! It was like a match made in heaven! She was so welcoming and made me feel so at ease and also extremely confident in my body, she was the PERFECT hype woman! My entire family had such a great time and loved her as much as I did! She told me that it was her first day in bridal and she is usually doing Mother of the Bride/ Quinceañera & Prom and that is crazy to believe because she knew so much and I would’ve thought she’s been doing bridal for years! She helped me find my DREAM dress and I am so grateful for having such an amazing experience because she was the best! I highly recommend Alexandra’s and Kiana as a bridal specialist!

My Consultant Kayla was fantastic. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and immediately made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for their dress. Her professionalism, and attention to detail are unmatched. Not once did I feel like a burden, or that I couldn't be open and honest. 100% would recommend Kayla, and Alexandra's.

I worked with Emma at Alexandra's and the entire process was amazing. She had me send her my inspiration photos prior to and asked thoughtful questions when I arrived for my appointment. Emma had a few dresses in mind already that were within my budget. She pulled different fits, styles, aesthetics based on our conversation and the first one she put me in ended up being my absolute favorite. While I was trying on dresses one of the managers checked in on us a few times and was also very attentive and kind. Alexandra's has an extensive selection/range of bridal gowns that I feel like you are probably guaranteed to find your dress with your first appointment. Everyone I know that has purchased their dress from here has also maintained their budget while finding their dream dress. I will probably be coming back to find a second look dress as well as having my mother find her mother-of-the-bride dress here. Overall, it was an exceptional experience and I am so appreciative of Emma and the rest of the team at Alexandra's!
