Congratulations, you said yes! In the whirlwind of congratulations, pinterest boards and advice from every direction- You've probably begun to dream and plan out what you'd like your wedding to be like. The end resut will be a precious day that must be handled with great care. There are months of making each and every detail perfect, planning out every little moment to be executed and captured in the most beautiful way possible to bring your dream day to life. This is where I step in- Taking the burden of all of these tiny little details and orchestrating your vision, without the stress and sleepless nights!

As you plan on how to get from here to that day, I'll walk through the journey with you and give you the insight and guidance to bring your vision to life. It's a fun and creative process that we'll craft together. Wheather you want to work as a team in collarboration or simply hand off your vision to me to turn into reality, we will put together the perfect day for you to love and enjoy.

My process is tailored to fit the needs of each couple I work with. Half the fun is in the planning, so the very first thing we'll do is sit down over a coffee and yummy dessert for a consultation to discover your vision for your day.From there I'll guide you through the process and help you find the perfect vendors to fit the day. One of the best parts of working with a professional planner is access to the best vendors to bring your vision to life.

Once I have your vision, we'll work to coordinate every tiny detail to perfection. I'll take care of everything you need behind the scenes so that you can make sure you enjoy every minute of your special day! You'll have a professional planner to keep you on schedule and a coordinator to ensure very moment is executed perfectly.

Since every wedding is unique, getting to know you is the best way for me to create a package that fits you perfectly. Here are some basic offering to get you started!

Partial Planning

Designed for the copuple who has a few wedding items checked off of their list but needs extra assitance with specific vendor selection and design execution. We will pick up the planning process wherever you left off and will guide you through the remaining process. We will help you secure vendor selections that will fit your overall goals and vision. We will be there on your wedding day to wrap up all of your planning details with day of coordination

Just the Wedding

After you and your fiance have planned every detail of your wedding, we will compose your day of timeline, a walk through, conduct rehearsal, have a planning meeting, vendor confirmation, personal item set up, oversee all set up and be your on site supervisor along with my assitant for your entire day. This package helps you, your fiance and entire wedding party enjoy the day.

Hosting another significant event outside your wedding day? Whether you are planning a rehearsal dinner, anniversary, birthday, or even a cookout with friends, I am here to design a rad party so you can host the perfect event and dance your socks off.

Briana Martinet (Alyssa Bray events)

Many thanks to Briana Martinet with Alyssa Bray Events for making our wedding day truly special. Briana provided day-of planning services for our small wedding (24 guests) at MacArthur Place in Sonoma, CA in October 2023. From our first introductory call it was clear that Briana was knowledgeable and a consummate professional. Briana actively listened to our wishes and provided applicable and thoughtful suggestions for the flow and design of our day. Throughout the process, Briana was available and responsive to all of our concerns and questions. She clearly had a good rapport with local wedding vendors and was able to provide us with feedback and successful referrals for vendors ranging from flowers to day of snacks. She single handedly set up our rentals and also seamlessly coordinated all of our vendors leading up to the event, which was a huge load off of our shoulders. Briana was personable and a joy to talk to, she thoroughly explained timing and other nuances that we may not have been aware of as first time wedding planners and was a compassionate listener when we were frustrated with the process. On the day of, Briana was truly a star. She was the conductor of all of the moving parts of our wedding and, other than a few last minute questions (which were well timed and delivered with calm composure), we barely had to do anything. She made sure everything ran smoothly and anticipated what we needed, before we even realized we needed it. From keeping us on time, to queuing up our ceremony procession, to bringing us appetizers when she noticed we had been too busy to snag any, Briana competently handled our day. Overall, we had an excellent experience with Briana Martinet and Alyssa Bray Events and would wholeheartedly suggest them if you are looking for an event planner.

Thorough, organized and so kind

We hired Briana as our day-of-coordinator for our 50 person wedding, and she hit the ball out of the park. We booked her about a year in advance, and she was available to answer questions, help me plan our wedding (it's a daunting task to be a bride and plan it yourself!), and was more than helpful the months leading up to our day. She didn't just coordinate and communicate between our vendors, but even offered to pick up our dessert, let us use her space to store items we shipped out (destination wedding), and was just a kind and wonderful person to work with. We will honestly miss planning amid the stress because of how wonderful she was! Having a day-of-coordinator is a great option if you are working within a budget. She was so helpful and so professional. Highly recommend.

Best wedding decision we made

Hiring a planner was one of the best things we could've done for our wedding. Briana and I met over video chat and I felt like we immediately clicked—she understood not only the vision for our wedding day but also seemed to match me and my now-husband's easygoing and fun energy. She was so helpful throughout the entire process, answering questions and making sure all the boxes were checked, communicating with vendors as the day got closer. And during the wedding weekend itself she was the true MVP. We never had to worry about a thing, having complete trust in Bri and her assistant to make sure everything went flawlessly and according to schedule (and it did!). We so enjoyed not only working with Bri but also getting to know her; by the end of it all she really felt like a friend. We both said how we were almost sad it was all over because of how much we enjoyed each other's company. We of course don't plan to do it all over again but if we ever did Briana would be the first person I'd call!
