Rev Ray was amazing. We discovered him from officiating our friend's wedding. Their wedding was so unique to them that we wanted to the same for our wedding. I am Catholic and my husband is Jewish, but religion does not play a huge part in our relationship. We want parents to approve, but we wanted it done our way. Talking with Ray one night as we were cooking dinner we came up with something cool to do for a Unity Symbol- create our own spice blend from different spices that represent the two of us. It turned out awesome. No one had ever seen anything like that before. He also added little things to the ceremony that only Jason and I and a few close friends that knew our whole story would get. Kim was with us all day too helping out and making sure that everyone was where they needed to be.
