Aria's event planning skills have come a long way since childhood. Her professional experience includes working with CRG Events and Microsoft to coordinate corporate conferences, product launches, tradeshows and parties. But weddings have always been her favorite!
After Aria planned her own wedding, she realized even more what it takes to plan a successful day. Aria will show the same dedication to your wedding as if it was her own. She is reliably calm under pressure and remarkably attentive to the smallest details. Aria is a professional individual with plenty of planning experience along with a thorough, patient and enthusiastic demeanor. She understands (and enjoys!) the importance of smooth logistics and is prepared to solve for any last-minute issues so that you don't have to. Applaud Events will be ready to help with your planning 6 weeks prior to your wedding day. We will assist you in creating a day-of timeline, confirming your vendor commitments and double-checking all of the details, decisions, and services that you have already contracted for. We'll also be working with your information to formulate a master plan for the entire day, so that you can rest assured that the details are in place and the event, just as you've always imagined, is being managed by a professional.
Pre-Rehearsal and Wedding:
Meet with the couple to coordinate details
Confirm that the couple has created and finalized the master time line of all major wedding events and places
Send a master timeline to all of the vendors
Coordinate a final consultation with the couple at wedding venue
Assist in preparing day-of documents
Provide recommendations/referrals if needed
Rehearsal:
Set the date, time and coordinate all participants for the rehearsal
Orchestrate processional, recessional in order and to music desired
Confirm last minute details
Wedding Day:
Arrive at the venue to greet and direct vendors as they arrive
Assist with final adjustments of setup
Lead the ceremony procession and ensure bride's entrance is flawless
Ensure that reception is running according to schedule - including first dance, dinner services, toasts, cake cutting, etc.
Confirm guest favors are ready
Assist with décor cleanup at end of the night and make sure that all important items are sent home with the appropriate people
Wrap-up and give final payment to vendors
