Services Offered
This wedding coordinator offers three packages for couples with a range of ideas and needs for their big day. Full Serving Wedding Planning comes with an initial strategy session, help creating the budget and theme, venue search and tours, and vendor recommendations and management. With this option, the team will check in with monthly updates, arrange invitations and out-of-town accommodations, and run the big day. The Wedding Management package is best suited for couples who have a vision and direction, but who want recommendations and advice along the way. This service comes with a consultation, vendor recommendations, monthly meetings, and day-of management. The Wedding Coordination package is ideal for couples who have planned everything and now want to sit back and let an expert take over. With this option, the team will liaise with vendors, set up decorations, run the ceremony, assist the DJ and photographer, and direct cleanup. Creating a celebration that couples can enjoy with minimal stress is Kosi Event's number one goal. The team will go above and beyond for their clients to ensure a joyous and flawless special occasion.
