I've never dealt with someone so unprofessional in my LIFE. I originally went through Thumbtack to list my budget for hair AND makeup and SHE reached out to me willing to work with my budget. She was quick to ask for deposits for myself and my bridesmaids (6 in total) which was 50% of the total, and we obliged. By the day before the wedding, I hadn't heard from her. I texted her to find out what time she was going to come over, and she said 10:30 (mind you, my wedding party needed to leave the hotel by 3pm) I then reminded her that there was hair and makeup for myself, 5 bridesmaids and my mother, and she said "no problem I'll be there even earlier."

By 11am, SHE STILL HADNT ARRIVED. I called her and she stated "she was having car issues" but somehow failed to call me at any point to let me know! She arrived near 12pm WITH NO HELP, expecting to complete 7 women's' hair and make up!

Furious, we had to ruin our morning by splitting off and booking a last-minute session with Makeup by Marz (THANK GOD FOR THEM) but ended up being over AN HOUR LATE to my wedding, thanks to Aracely.

To make matters worse? We're having to fight the charges because she refuses to refund the people who's makeup SHE DIDNT DO!

Wouldn't recommend this woman to my worst enemy.

Ps.. Never ONCE did she apologize for anything. No remorse, no apology, NOTHING.
