Looking for a venue that is breathtaking inside and outside with exceptional customer service? Look no further than Arbor at the Port. It was everything and more. Erika, Sara, and Jazz made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. I felt I got a lot for my money too, something that is rare in the wedding industry. They took so much stress away. They were always there to answer my questions and made sure nothing was forgotten about. Folk Catering does the food and my guests were blown away at their meals. So many options to choose from, presentation was fabulous and best of all, it tasted amazing!

I can not say enough wonderful things about this venue. It is gorgeous and you barely need any of your own decorations because they have such a cute vibe already. My guests couldn’t say enough positive things about the experience Arbor at the Port provided. All of the staff are incredibly helpful and answered all of our questions every step of the way. Definitely check them out!

There is absolutely nothing to stress about if you choose to have your wedding at The Arbor at the Port! I think the obvious thing that anyone can see is that the venue is incredibly beautiful and versatile. You get a clean blank space with natural lighting that can be perfect just the way it is or, even better, dressed up to fit your own vibe.
We invited 300+ guests and ended up with 250. We were lucky enough to benefit from the brand new flooring and chandeliers that were part of the extra room's remodeling. We got to choose any caterer (Partyman) and they worked directly with them to create a bundled bill (food/drink/venue/rentals). Our cocktail hour was in the riverside room and guests proceeded seamlessly into the dining room for dinner. There was plenty of space for dancing and two bars for after dinner which was back in the riverside room. Our pictures were amazing on the nearby beach and on the venue's riverfront patio.
What is not obvious from a basic google search is the flawless service that Agathi's staff provided us throughout the entire planning process. Erika and Lainey know what they are doing and put me at ease every time I met with them. They knew every detail, coordinated with all of my vendors, and delivered a perfect night. They responded to emails at all hours of the day/night, met with me anytime I requested and assured me that I was not to stress about anything. Lainey made sure I was taken care of on the wedding day by bringing us our dinner and drinks, staying on track with the timeline, and always checking in with us.
Both Lainey and Erika truly love their job and kept us laughing at every meeting. They make planning a wedding the way it is supposed to feel. They are an energetic, loving, and hilarious duo who are professional beyond belief and make you feel like you've been friends with them forever. I would hire them for any event.
