I spent 2 yrs planning my daughter’s dream wedding and they never showed up. We have no video of the day and used cell phones for ceremony music. Stay away. Save yourself the heartache and stress that we had.

Our wedding was ruined by Michael Buchanan and Autonomy. A late arrival, incorrect ceremony songs played, events missed, photo oops lost, ZERO photos from the photo booth, and we only received I EDITED PHOTOS in jpeg, so no one is capable of providing us with finished photos. Terrifible customer service, rude, and their business solution is to block customers. Check their reviews. They shouldn't be in business!
We lost our photo booth photos, videography, photos and a chance at a great wedding because of Autonomy.

I would give them zero stars if I could. This is the most unprofessional business. My cousin got married in October 2018 and it is now June 2019 and we still don't have their wedding video. They string you along giving excuses. At this point we don't know if they even have the footage, or if they lost it. They are taking absolutely no responsibility for it. They had no problem taking my aunts money though. Not to mention they were supposed to have a photo booth and that never showed up, yet they were charged for it. I could go on and on. PLEASE do NOT book this company/ Michael B.
