BarFly Beverage Solutions did a phenomenal job catering our wedding back in June! Shannon was very responsive and professional as we hammered out the details for the wedding day, which was very helpful since we were planning our wedding from across the country. On the big day, BarFly's service was very professional, courteous, and quick - no guest went thirsty, which was important considering it was an outdoor wedding and pretty hot during the earlier part of the day! BarFly coordinated with us very well so there were no issues with the delivery of the drinks from BevMo, and cleaned up after themselves very nicely.

I found Bar Fly Beverage solution on my wedding venue’s preferred vendor list and I am so glad we went with them! Shannon was so great to work with. She schedules a call with you to get an idea of what you would like to do in terms of the bar – from the style, glassware, what drinks to offer, etc. We only did beer and wine for alcohol options for our wedding, but I want to also offer fun mocktails for the guests. She came up with a couple of options that our guest highly enjoyed. Her set up looked really good on the day of and everything that day went as planned. My wife and I were married in June of 2018. The venue we selected required if alcohol be served that it be done by a professional. Well, I can honestly Shannon with BarFly Beverage Solutions was more than just a professional. In the months leading up to our wedding things began to be more and more stressful (as expected) and as things changed and evolved, Shannon was ready! She has a very quick response time and has MANY suggestions that will make your day much smoother and stress free. On the day of the wedding she arrived early, set up without any assistance, and everyone loved her. Her suggestion for the number of drinks needed was spot on - we never ran out of any drinks, but there was hardly any left over. Our guests were happy and loved this professional experience!
Some tips:
1) Shannon offers the service to provide ice, mixer, and garnish’s. I HIGHLY recommend this option. It made our organizing and planning much simpler to know there was one lest thing to worry about.
2) Shannon has done this before - she has a lot of suggestions and with an open mind you will see that she has your best intrest in mind.
