Located along the tranquil shores of the Chesapeake Bay in Seaford, Virginia; Bay Tree Manor will transport you to a world of warmth and relaxation. Experience the simple pleasures of a majestic water view of the largest estuary in the United States, the amazing Chesapeake Bay.

All of our Wedding packages allow you to provide your own professional catering and a bar of beer, wine and a signature drink. We do require an ABC license for the day as well as an Event liability policy.

Our day wedding includes our 9.5-acre waterfront property either Saturday or Sunday 1pm to 10pm for $5,995:

* Dressing rooms for the Bridal Party from 1 – 10pm

* Outdoor Grand Pavilion Reception Area 34' by 80'

* Setup and breakdown of all chairs, tables and linens to seat up to 160 guests for ceremony and reception

* All taxes and fees are included

Our rehearsal + day wedding includes our 9.5-acre waterfront property either Saturday or Sunday 1pm to 10pm for $6,995:

* Two-hour rehearsal the day before ceremony – You may bring supplies to store at this time as well

* Dressing rooms for the Bridal Party – Early Saturday arrival available

* Outdoor Grand Pavilion Reception Area 34' by 80'

* Setup and breakdown of all chairs, tables and linens to seat up to 160 guests for ceremony and reception

* Overnight stay for Bride and Groom after reception (Breakfast included) – cleanup can resume at this time as well

* All taxes and fees are included

Weekend weddings from Friday at 4pm until Sunday at noon for $13,995.00 include:

* All four of our guest suites for two nights for up to 10 guests which includes breakfast

* Rehearsal space for dinner or casual cookout for up to 40 guests until 9pm

* Setup and breakdown of all chairs, tables and linens to seat up to 160 guests for ceremony and reception

* Grand Pavilion Reception Area 34' by 80'

* All taxes and fees are included

Elegant, Wholesome, and Peaceful Wedding Day

Mark and Paige, the venue owners, went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was as beautiful as we could have imagined.
The location was all encompassing, providing both the perfect ceremony and reception locations.
Everything was handled, from beginning to end.
There was plenty of parking, on site rooms for the bride and groom to get dressed/ready, and a wonderful layout for the order of events.
They had plenty of locations for the DJ and ceremony performers (guitarist) to set up. There is a beautiful, poolside, cocktail area, and a covered pavilion with plenty of room for both tables and a dance floor.
The ceremony was right outside by the Chesapeake Bay, which was as beautiful as expected, with the fresh breeze and scenery. But furthermore, they took care of the logistics I didn’t even know I needed to be concerned about—- there was not a single mosquito to be found on the evening of the wedding. The chairs were all clean and wiped down. At night, the pavilion lighting was perfect for as much light as we needed/wanted for dancing.
At every moment, I felt as though I was in capable hands. My husband and I could not have imagined a more perfect place to marry the love of our lives. I would suggest this location to anyone searching for an intimate, wholesome, and beautiful wedding day celebration.

Paige And Mark are both professional and amazing people. They have made the planning of my sons wedding very smooth and trouble-free.

We are in the beginning stages of our sons wedding that will be held March 30, 2019. We are very excited to see your only son get married at this breathtaking in and to have two amazing people be able to facilitate it

Amazing Touch to Our Wedding Weekend

We had our wedding party stay at Baytree for our wedding weekend and we could not be happier that we did! First, Paige and Mark are very friendly hosts, they waited for us to arrive on the first night to share a glass of wine! Throughout the weekend they were hospitable, attentive to our needs, and let us enjoy the premises. On that note, the house and property is absolutely stunning. There are kayaks which you can use to paddle out to the Chesapeake Bay. The rooms are luxurious with amazing views. The pool is nice and warms up well in the summer. Also, Paige makes the most delicious breakfast. We also held a brunch for around 50 of our guests at Baytree the morning after the wedding, which went wonderfully. The Baytree experience helped to create the wedding weekend and post wedding brunch of our dreams.
