Bear Tree Barn Wedding and Event Center is a farm-style wedding venue located in Bushnell, Florida. The name was bestowed upon the venue due to a family legend that was passed down from generation to generation. The story went that there was a heroic woman who defeated a marauding bear on the property. As bears were not often seen in the local surroundings, the land assumed a new identity as the home of this peculiar occurrence, later being aptly named the Bear Tree Ranch to pay homage to the tale.

Bear Tree Barn Wedding and Event Center is a climate controlled 4,600 square foot event space that boasts a full kitchen, interior restrooms, and deluxe outhouses. White lights adorn the barn, creating a wonderful ambiance for you and your guests. A 1,500 square foot patio extends from the barn, allowing for the opportunity to enjoy fun outside activities. For events that take place during colder days, there is a charming wood stove which is available for customer use. Bookings also include a two-bedroom cottage that is situated on the property as well as laundry facilities.

Services Offered

This venue provides a variety of services to assist couples during their wedding event. These include set up of tables and chairs for up to 299 guests, ivory satin linens, full use of the kitchen, various pieces of rustic-themed decor, party games, and use of the outdoor pergola. Ceremonies are allowed to take place outdoors and under the trees, should clients desire to make use of the natural atmosphere. Parking is plentiful and nearby. As an added bonus, couples may plan to have their engagement photos on site with no additional charge. In addition, this venue gives you time. The day before,the day of, and the morning after are all included in the $5500 rental fee. There is a bridal cottage on the property as well as an air-conditioned groom room. They even offer free wedding dresses, many NWT, with a booking.
