Ravin C. Willis

Challenging the status quo since 2001, Ravin Willis is a 3X Serial Entrepreneur and Broker/Mortgage Professional with over 20+ years of experience spanning the floral, events, travel, and real estate sectors. To date, Ravin has an extensive background in multi-million-dollar sales, property and investment management, high-touch event floral and design, and the art of turning client goals into actionable milestones. Applying that to every one of her businesses, Ravin is passionate about helping her versed clientele reach their unique versions of success and doing so while always upholding the highest standards of customer service, trust, and integrity.

Raised in Paterson, NJ, Ravin achieved her high school diploma at the young age of 16 and later graduated 'magna cum laude' from Kaplan University in 2008 with a degree in Business Management and a minor in Accounting. From there, Ravin pursued the real estate industry in 2001 as dual property and regional manager of a commercial leasing firm and has since transitioned into brokerage sales. This was alongside taking a creative leap, launching her full-service retail floral shop in 2010 and later launching her wedding and event-only business, Beau Soleil Weddings LLC, in 2016. More recently, Ravin’s rapport now includes Beau Soleil Vacations, a full-service travel business committed to concierge vacation planning and coordination.

In tandem with her businesses, Ravin is currently the Broker in charge of Home Run Realty LLC and a Mortgage Loan Originator with Palmetto First Mortgage. Here, Ravin is respected for liaising between her client's goals and their futures, making exclusive opportunities accessible, and for taking on every sale/mortgage initiative with a ‘make it happen’ attitude and an open mind. Of course, doing so while ensuring her clients gain experiences that are nothing short of positive, seamless, and stress-free.

Beyond her many ventures, Ravin is an Alpha Beta Kappa Honor Society member, a former foster parent to over 40 children, and enjoys supporting her community. This is done through her charitable donations as a philanthropist and holding various memberships. Notably, this includes being a former Paterson Great Falls Rotary board member, a current member of the Myrtle Beach Elks Lodge 1771, and serving as the VP of the Coastal Wedding Professionals Group.
