Beau Vaughn is a full-service wedding company offering photography, videography, photobooth, DJ, & coordination services in the Kansas City area and beyond. With more than a decade of experience at over 500 weddings, our dedicated team understands what makes a wedding memorable. Our services can be booked separately or combined into a custom package. Multi-service discounts apply when more than one service is booked. We travel to any location without additional travel charges (including destination weddings).

Photography: $2495

Our photography service includes 2 photographers with up to 10 hours of coverage, the high-resolution viewing and downloading of photos in both BW & color, a photo slideshow set to music & professional photo editing of all delivered photos. Photos are delivered 2 weeks after the wedding day. Add on services include:

Videography: $1995 ($1895 when booked with another service)

Our videography service includes 8 hours of wedding day coverage and is captured in high definition using multiple cameras and angles. All videos will be edited and delivered streaming in high definition online within 2 weeks of your wedding date. You are also able to download the digital copy of your wedding videos. Add on services include:

• Un-cut ceremony footage

Photobooth: $695 ($595 when booked with another service)

Our Photobooth service includes 4 hours of unlimited usage & printing. Delivery, setup & breakdown of our photobooth is included. Your guests will receive their own customized photo-strips and we will create a guestbook for you with duplicate strips as well. All photo-strips will also be put on an online gallery for social sharing & downloading.

DJ: $995 ($895 when booked with another service)

Our DJ service includes 5 hours of music & emcee service. Every wedding starts with a planning meeting months before the big day to customize every detail & playlist. Setup, sound check & equipment breakdown is included in addition to our 5 hours of amazing service. Top of the line equipment including speakers, microphones & dance floor lights are always included. Add on services include:

• Uplighting
• Cold spark machines
• Custom monogrammed lighting
• Video projector & screen

Coordination: $995 ($895 when booked with another service)

Our day of coordination team will help you take the stress out of the final planning before your wedding. Our team will help finalize your wedding details and handle the logistics the day of your wedding so you can relax and enjoy your friends and family. Day of coordination includes 10 hours of coordination on the wedding day, 1 hour of rehearsal coordination, and a lengthy planning meeting prior to the big day. Full Service Coordination is also available for an additional charge.
