When I booked with Olay, I was so excited to work with her based on photos on line. She did not disappoint. I had no problem communicating with her and she was always so responsive and kind. She dedicated time to speak with me prior to our install appointment and I was able to make it clear what kind of style I wanted. She was very thorough in telling me what she needed to make my dream hair style for my wedding come true. It was truly a pleasure working with her. I felt even more comfortable in her salon during my install. Her and Quianna took time with my natural hair and I could tell that they cared about my hair and not just getting the style right. On the day of the wedding, she arrived on time and she was very patient and professional even with minor interruptions such as people talking to me or asking me questions. She gave me a time line in advance and it was so helpful in order to coordinate with the make up artist. I enjoyed this seamless process so much. I have never felt more beautiful in my entire life. The hair style came out even better than I could of imagined. I only wish I could have rocked that hairstyle forever. Thank you Olay for everything. Olay is extremely professional and organized, and she does a great job at listening to your vision and providing recommendations based on her expertise.
