I felt very comfortable with him, and he was able to do such fantastic finger waves on my hair.
Because my hair is smooth and straight, and will have difficulty keeping curls,
Matt did my hair the day before the shoot to help everything stay in place. Then on the second day
He completed the finishing touches for my hair and did my makeup.
Matt was very flexible, and when I told him I didn't like my eyebrows, he drew it in a different way to my liking.
I loved it when he talked about how historically, before hair gel was in popular use,
women did their hair with naturally sweet substances and bees would be attracted to their hair.
So knowledgeable, and I remember it to this day.
Everybody loved my hair and makeup, they loved the photos. I got the 1930s look I wanted.
It's not just hair and makeup, Matt's an artist that helped me recreate nostalgia. :)
