Our event planner from Bel Amour was Krystal. We've known Krystal for a few years now, so it was a very comfortable relationship. Krystal planned our baby shower - from coordinating the menu, invitations, games and favors. Communication was definitely open, and Krystal was professional all the way, trying to accomodate our budget and the theme we wanted. I felt like I was being a "mom-to-be-zilla" with all the texts and emails I was sending, but Krystal answered all my "concerns" with no problem. The day of our shower went smoothly - designated tables for gifts and foods and drinks. The games were great - too bad our crowd was as chilly as the weather. hehehe It wasn't raining, but people didn't want to get up out of their seats for a couple games. My husband and I will definitely recommend Krystal and Bel Amour for future events. And we hope to work with them again for our future events as well. :)

I don't know what I would have done on my wedding day without BelAmour events! Roxy and Krystal were so helpful during the wedding planning process, and this made my wedding day experience stress-free. The first thing I told the ladies when we met was if something goes wrong on my wedding day, I don't want to know about it...They definitely made sure that this happened. My husband and I were able to fully experience our wedding celebration without anyone running to us (family members, wedding party) with questions. When the night ended, my husband and I returned to our room, which was decorated with flower petals on the bed, a bottle of champagne on the night stand, and our gifts neatly organized. Roxy even brought back the top tier of our wedding cake, as well as a plate of food (just in case we didn't get to eat at our reception). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BEL AMOUR EVENTS for your wedding planning needs! Not only are these ladies well-organized, responsive, and detail-oriented, they are also sweet, caring, and truly understand the needs of a bride and groom!

Roxy and Krystal did an AMAZING job at our wedding. I hired them mainly to assist with our reception as we already had a site coordinator. There were many items needed in order to make the reception flow smoothly. We had a cookie/candy station that needed to be set up, our centerpieces that needed to be put together, our giveaways (we had 3 different items) that needed to be placed out on the table, along with the side vendors we had during the reception. They handled it ALL with such ease and confidence. They even packed up our gifts and remaining items at the end of the night. They were prompt in getting back to me about any questions or concerns I had, and they took care of my every request. I would highly recommend them to anyone! They were so helpful and we did not have to worry about a thing!
