SAVING THE DATE

If your wedding day falls at a popular time of year, or you are running behind getting your invitations organised, then you might want to think about sending out ‘save the date’ reminders so your guests don’t get double-booked. Why not add a magnet to the back so your guests can put it on their fridge? Or, perhaps you’d like to send out a sticker for your guests’ calendar or diary to remind them?

REPLY CARDS

Adding these to your invite pack will encourage your guests to RSVP promptly, especially if you put the return address on the envelope. You can personalise your reply cards just like your invitations, either by hand or by print. Trio Creative will be happy to incorporate a reply card into your invitation design – just ask!

MAPS & DIRECTIONS

Why not add a personalised wedding or civil partnership map to your invite pack or information sheet? It will fit in with the design of the rest of your stationery and can be tailored to the different approaches your guests might make to your venue. It will definitely knock the socks off a map lifted straight from the internet!

PROGRAMS

Almost every ceremony had a itinerary, whether it’s simple with the names of the bridal party on it, or more advanced with a entire mass listed, we can help you design the perfect one, that goes along with the theme and style of your wedding. We can also do specialized programs, such as fans, and multi-page designs too.

TABLES

Add a personal touch to your tables by using names rather than numbers. Choose names that tie in with your wedding theme or significant moments in your relationship. You could put your table names or numbers on wine bottles. Ensure your guests find where they are sitting with a table plan that corresponds to your floor layout and coordinates with your stationery, or, for a seating plan with a twist, use escort cards pegged to ribbon, so that guests can find where they are sitting. For a twist on ordinary place cards, why not tie name tags to little gifts, napkins or champagne glasses? Add touches such as personalised bunting around your venue, or table confetti with the same design as your invitations. Also ask about menu cards or other reception stationery too!

FAVORS
