Facilities and Capacity

The Manor House can accommodate intimate ceremonies and receptions for up to 40 people in its lower level surrounded by old stone walls. The property’s barn was renovated and turned into the Beverly B. Shoemaker Welcome Center which is able to host up to 150 people. With a full kitchen, caterers can prepare the food for the celebration on-site. For a covered outdoor ceremony and reception, a tent is available for happy couples to rent.

Services Offered

The staff here is committed to ensuring that every event runs seamlessly. They are happy to arrange a tour for to-be-newlyweds to see the property’s wedding facilities. In order to make sure that every detail is accounted for, their staff can meet with caterers, ministers, and other key vendors before the celebration. Happy couples are welcome to provide outside vendors or the venue can happily supply a list of preferred vendors. Their wedding packages can include 60-inch round tables, white chairs, and 72-inch long tables. For an additional cost, the venue offers linens, additional chairs and tables, a dance floor, flatware, china, and fans or heaters for the tent. Private rooms are available for up to two hours before the celebration for to-be-newlyweds and their wedding party to prepare.
