My fiancé and I booked Ben for our engagement shoot.
Ben already lacked in giving us information how it will be before it took place.
After 4 weeks he didn't meet his goal in sending us pictures. He said it will be postponed. This happended about 6 times. He finally said that he would refund us but he didn't do it. Now he doesn't reply and his e-mail isn't working anymore.

My husband and I hired Ben to capture our elopement. we had a very short ceremony and then took couple shoots outdoors nearby. He was great at communicating until it was time to receive our images. We’re now 4 months past the date he quoted to have our images ready and aren’t able to get in touch with him. I’ve been the one to reach out each time he gave a new due date and missed it. This time I’ve tried email, phone calls, and texts and have yet to receive a response. His phone is now going straight to voicemail.
He was the only one tHere to take pictures and we still have only 3 images (that were text to me) to show from one of the most important days of our lives.

It’s been almost been a year come the 24th of this month and still no pictures. My emails come back to me, his phone goes straight to voicemail. He was paid in full the day they were taken. We even offered to just put them on a flash drive and he said his computer wasn’t set up for my flash drive. Stay away from this guy.
