About
Berry Acres is a full-service wedding and event venue in Odessa, Missouri. It sits on 20 acres of land just east of Kansas City. The family owned business is run by Angela and Alan Berry. They staff coordinators, an executive chef, disc jockeys, gardeners, event staff and more.
Facilities and Capacity
Berry Acres has both ceremony & reception sites. The different outdoor ceremony sites features a flower filled courtyard with a baby barn chandelier, lakeside views and a back field. The indoor ceremony location is a space separate from the reception for inclement weather. Berry Acres can accommodate anywhere from 100 to 500 guests. It also features a furnished bridal suite and groom’s man cave, nursery, video dance floor and private parking.
Services Offered
The Berry Acres rental includes the use of the whole facility on your wedding day, event staff, an on-site coordinator with unlimited planning sessions, round tables, white chairs, partial length linens, a firepit, a cake cutting service, and a personalized entrance sign. They also offer in-house catering, bar services, sparklers, first dance fog, classic centerpieces, and DJ services including a video dance floor, state-of-the-art sound system, lighting and more! They have private parking for guests in a locked area. They take care of all your needs and provide quality vendors to make your dream wedding come true. Catering
The award-winning chef at Berry Acres works with you to create custom menus for all your events. Dinners are served buffet style. Berry Acres also offers late night snacks, s’mores around the fire and beverage packages to fit your budget.

Angela is a co-owner of Berry Acres & The Hilltop. She is the face and voice that will be present throughout the wedding planning process until the last guest leaves on the wedding day. Angela is the facilitator of your dreams! She helps to plan and execute every detail of the special day while adding a flair of fun with her MCing at the reception. Angela’s passion for Berry Acres and all that she does, translates into a wonderful, full-service experience for wedding parties, transforming the relationship from client to friend.
Alan is a co-owner of Berry Acres & The Hilltop and also wears many hats. He DJs, MCs, keeps the landscape beautiful and maintains the facility. Alan often pops into tours in his work pants and grease-stained shirt to say hi. At other times, he is happy to get spiffed up for wedding festivities and treat the bride and groom like royalty, catering to their every need while making them laugh. If a bride has a dream concept for her wedding day, Alan’s visionary talents make it a reality.
Jazmyn joined the family in July of 2016 and quickly became Angela’s right-hand gal. She is the one running everything behind the scenes to ensure that wedding days go smoothly. Jazmyn has a deep love for weddings. Her favorite things about the wedding day are the beautiful moments in a ceremony – the buildup of the entrance, the music and the vows. No detail will be overlooked in your wedding planning journey with Jazmyn on your side.

A beautiful venue for a wedding or corporate event! Berry Acres is very attentive to the needs of their clients. They also have a great location, right off of I-70. We loved photographing there and would recommend this venue to anyone!
Berry Acres is a gorgeous venue with many of the amenities that you need on your wedding day, including those you didn't know you needed...like a light-up dance floor! The staff is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful.
