At BEE we have been brides, we have been IN weddings, we have been TO weddings and we have PLANNED weddings. We know that your fairytale day is completely different and unique to any one else's. And we love that! Our top priority and philosophy is to get to know you and your partner personally and inject that personality into your wedding. We can't wait to hear your vision of this incredible day and want to find ways to compliment and inject our experiences into that vision to create a day that everyone in attendance will be buzzing about for years to come. Everything BEE does is tailored to each individual client, budget and fairytale vision. Thinking outside of the box is what we do best and coming up with unique ways of treating your guests to an amazing evening is what will make your wedding a memorable and FUN experience.
Our four core experiences include:
Frost 321 - An interactive and unforgettable liquid nitrogen dessert & frozen cocktail experience. Let's take your favorite cocktail, shot or rose and freeze it live in front of your guests into a delictable boozey ice cream or sorbet. Want to do something completely different than a a cake or donuts?? Let's create your own unique desserts and customize a toppings bar that will get everyone out of their seats and delving in!
Wendy The Welcome Wall- She is the perfect way to WOW your guests from the moment they walk in. Ring her bell and a white gloved hand pops through the wall to hand them the champagne, wine or cocktail that you have decided on. This is a great ice breaker and alleviates lines from forming at the bar.
Rockstar or Acoustic Karaoke - Ever wish you had your own personal back up band to rock out with? Well, now you can. There are so many fun ways to customize this experience, whether you want to offer acoustic karaoke during the cocktail hour to keep everyone entertained while you get your pictures taken or have the full band version for the first hour before the DJ goes on to get everyone in the room laughing, singing, dancing and just plain having FUN. Not to name drop but our band has played in Lifehouse, Avril Lavigne's band, Mariah Carey's drummer, Lionel Richie's guitarist and more. They are talented and a blast!
Capture the Fun- We know you want more than just your plain old photobooth. That's old news and you are the kind of bride that wants innovative, fun and memorable experiences at her wedding! We have a something for every style of wedding; Retro Booths, the 360 ultimate video experience, Boomarray, GIF booths, Multi-Cam, Cat Walks, Slo Mo and Ring Walkers that can even walk around your event and capture those moments that your wedding photographers might miss!
We deliver, set up, have our own staff that operates the experiences, break down and clean up our space. We don't want you or the venue to have to worry about any of that! We got you.

Jax is one of those rare Las Vegas Natives. As a graduate from UNLV with a degree in Business with an emphasis on marketing, she began her career in Food and Beverage and served as the Marketing Director for several restaurants before she opened her own Marketing company in 2015. Although Marketing had always been a solid thread in her life she couldn't kick this intuitive nudge that she was supposed to be doing something else.
After a lot of soul searching, meditating and throwing some darts at different ideas, she finally found exactly where she was meant to be.. And Best Event Ever was born. Jax is blessed to get to work this business with both her Husband and Best Friend and loves being able to create special, unique and FUN events that leave memories that last forever.
She is also a Mom to an awesome 11-year-old son (who is actually her Tik Tok social media manager as well). She is a Dog Mom to 3 puppies who she wouldn't be the same without. When not working you can find Jax brunching with girlfriends, snowboarding, hitting the gym (literally, she's a boxer), renovating RV's, traveling the world and doing her best to leave a positive mark on everyone she meets.
Shawn began playing guitar at an early age in Bellingham, Washington before he relocated to Las Vegas where he currently resides and has performed everywhere there is a crowd and a plug in the wall!!! His three decades of playing music, singing, telling jokes, and keeping people entertained from all walks of life and from all over the world is why he has been the perfect entertainment solution for any event.
Shawn has spent his whole life surrounded by entertainment including an opera singer for a mother and a father (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_Eiferman) who was a fitness pioneer (former Mr. America/Mr. Universe/Body Building Hall of Famer) who later did shows with Mae West and Debbie Reynolds who also preached health and nutrition in nationwide school assemblies and made television and film appearances for almost forty years.
Shawn's award winning songwriting and uniquely engaging performance style has put him in front of over 10,000,000 people over the years including massive audiences at festivals like MIX 94.1fm’s Bite of Las Vegas and KKLZ’s Junefest, etc. He has shared the stage with Journey, Bad Company, Macy Gray, Franky Perez, Wilshire, Prince, Edwin McCain, Hootie and the Blowfish, Soul Asylum, Sugar Ray, Barenaked Ladies, Cole Swindell, the Violent Femmes, Sister Hazel, Lee Brice, Paula Cole, Sammy Hagar, Pat Benetar, Todd Rundgren, Train, Toby Keith, the Goo Goo Dolls and Guns n’ Roses to name a few…
More importantly, his 35 years in the business puts him in the perfect position to run the entertainment department of Best Event Ever!
