Offering nearly 10,000 square feet of flexible event space the Gateway Grand Hotel offers two separate ballrooms, two smaller, more intimate spaces, the expansive pre-function area and the continental mezzanine for wedding functions. Direct access to our event space from our large (complimentary) parking lot ensure easy in/out for guests. Our sales and catering team will coordinate your special day, ensuring a flawless delivery of your concept.

The Springhills Ballroom is the largest event space in the hotel at 3,900 square feet, accommodating up to 220 guests for a sit-down lunch or dinner event. Though the inclusion of a dancefloor is typical, if it is not required, the ballroom can accommodate about 270 guests for sit-down meals. For a stand-up reception, the ballroom accommodates up to 300 guests comfortably. This event space can be split into two different rooms - highlighting how versatile this venue is.

The Cross Creek Ballroom is the next largest event room at Best Western Gateway Grand. A 1,500 square-foot space, it offers ample room to be arranged according to your preferences, with a preferred maximum guest attendance of 80.

The conference center also has smaller breakout rooms such as the San Felasco or Santa Fe meeting room (649 square feet), Edgewood Boardroom (357 square feet), and Magnolia Boardroom (269 square feet) that could work well for more intimate affairs or as bridal/get-ready rooms.
