Patrick is licensed to perform weddings throughout Virginia and North Carolina. Patrick has been joining couples in matrimony since 2008, writing their wedding story by listening to each couple, and believes in fully welcoming every couple who approaches him, regardless of belief, background or lifestyle. Rev. Patrick is also a father who believes the importance of family, and how a family begins on that wedding day!

- Opportunity to create your own Personal Vows

- Legal Handling and CERTIFIED MAIL return of your Marriage License to the Courthouse to guarantee delivery
