Vangie was the perfect planner+coordinator for my wedding last month! The event took place at our private residence and would not have been possible without her guidance. From tent and lighting vendors, to generators and restrooms, to beautiful florals and decor, she truly did it all and thought of every detail. Vangie helped coordinate my wedding that, from starting to plan to the big day, was only about 6 months. It felt as though if I was lost on what I needed, if there was anything I was missing or if I needed some advice on what would be best, Vangie had all the answers. As a young(ish) bride with all the groomsmen and bridesmaids in their 20s, this was a tough group to make sure that everyone is listening and ready to make the day perfect, but Vangie took on that stress for me and made sure everyone knew what they were doing. Throughout the whole night of the wedding, she made sure to let me know what was coming next, that I was comfortable in my seat, and was always on top of everything. They say to always expect something to go wrong on your wedding day because nothing is ever perfect, but I can tell you that mine was. There might be things that actually went awry during the event, but Vangie made sure that it was fixed before I even noticed. We also used her for our flowers as well which turned out absolutely beautiful. I am more simple in my taste for flowers (and on a budget) but she knew exactly what I wanted and how to make it look so elegant and even made sure I had peonies (my favorite flower) for my bouquet even though they were not in season. I appreciate her so much and I know for sure that she made our wedding the best day of our lives!

Being busy professionals, we did not have a lot of time to plan our wedding. Vangie is a wedding expert. With vast experience in weddings, she has excellent taste and can guide the vision for the day knowing all the ins and outs to make sure the wedding is magical. After our initial meetings where she helped us plan the look and style of the wedding, she had the entire outline of vendors, tasks and decisions we needed to make. She guided the entire process from start to finish. She was always readily available any time to answer questions and was extremely patient as we made last minute changes to the plans.
At some point in your wedding planning, some disasters will occur. Vangie takes care of these issues more like a lifelong friend and confidant than a wedding planner. She is an invaluable asset to the team. Like a fine conductor, she is amazing on the day of the wedding. Both her and her staff made the day go smoothly handling every small hiccup with ease. With Vangie orchestrating the wedding, we could relax and be in the moment. Her setup for the ceremony and reception were nothing short of magical. It was a day we will never forget.
