Good Place that needs to improve a lot

We went to Blue Lagoon to an open house 6 or 7 months prior to our wedding date. They offered a package of 100 guests including alcoholic beverages. We got engaged with the place since our 100+ guests will fit great with a nice decoration. Everything was good until the time to do the tasting. They changed 3 times the tasting date since the previously booked date. The final date was scheduled at the venue's personnel convenience during the week in business hours, so we needed to make arrangements in our respective jobs to assist.
When we arrived to the venue on our wedding date there was none of the personnel in charge present. We arranged and paid extra to have full open bar for 4 hours, since we paid extra to extend the party for an additional hour. After two hours almost everything was gone and at the third hour, without any advise, the bar closed. One hour prior to the agreed one and before the party ended. It is important to mention that we paid in full for the 134 guests 3 weeks before our wedding date; a more than reasonable time.

Dinner was good and menu served as agreed. However, we paid for 13 extra plates for the music band and their staff and in the middle of the dinner, our wedding planner told us that there were only food for only 4 plates and none of the musicians haven't eat. I told our wedding planner to solve the issue (which was not her responsibility) with somebody in charge of the venue, doing whatever it takes. Luckily, and since our wedding planner did a great job, she solved the issue we don't know how. I'm still figuring how did that happen, either when we have 10 confirmed guests that didn't show.

Pros-These issues were not noted by our guests since they had a lot of fun and we enjoyed our wedding a lot. But we had less than expected as contracted. The venue is in a good location and good price for the area. They also allowed one full day prior to the wedding date to do the decoration with conditioned air.
