Food was my #1 important wedding day event and I made the right choice. The food was incredibly BEAUTIFUL to look at, it TASTED as good as it looked, and David Short, my blue ribbon catering coordinator, was the man with the plan. He was so genuine, gracious, professional, fun, present, and made me feel like the most important client he ever had.
I had plated meals, passed appetizers, a grazing station charcuterie table (which was demolished!) and needs like special children's meals, and vegan, dairy free, vegetarian, and gluten free guests. No exaggeration, a family friend came up to me with tears in her eyes after the dinner and said she had never gotten such personal table-side care before at a large event with her dietary issues (she is dairy and gluten free) and she gave me a huge hug.
I got so many compliments on the "magical night." And many of my guests told me they made a connection with an amazing bartender, Angelo, which I think is just above and beyond customer service. All this, and the price was so much more reasonable compared to many others we looked at.
Oh, one more thing, after the event, the couple that ran the venue told me they found Blue Ribbon Catering team to be so professional and pleasant to work with that they shared business contact information with them to set up a professional relationship to work together in the future. There were so many positive vibes that day. Thank you, David!!

It was an outstanding experience working with Kelsey and Blue Ribbon over the weekend at a mutual client's wedding. With her expert help, calm demeanor, and positive attitude in coordination, she made my job as the DJ go so smoothly and I believe we exceeded the clients expectations. Everyone was complimenting how the entire formal ceremony and reception went efficiently. I look forward to working with Kelsey and Blue Ribbon in the future. God bless.

We used Blue Ribbon as our wedding caterer for a NYE wedding. David, our coordinator was amazing. He took all of our random food ideas and turned it into a fantastic menu, complete with late night fish and chips and crepe stations! Even our UK guests are still talking about how tasty the fish was. Other than the fish & chips, we had a vegetarian menu and even the large meat eaters didn't miss the meat, everyone raved about the food. BRC was always easy to communicate with, especially once we were assigned David as our coordinator. We did not use them to create our cake, but given how they set up the display of the cakes we brought in and the cheese ""cake"" he put together, I can only imagine how much care they would put into creating a cake. The serving and bartender team he brought with him that night were beyond adjectives. We gave them barebones recipes for our signature cocktails and they made them taste exactly as we had imagined. If we could do our wedding again, we wouldn't hesitate to return to BRC. In the end David was more of a friend than a vendor and we cannot thank him enough for the hard work, care, and joy him and his team gave us.
