Photography. I remember my first "photo shoot", I was seven years old and it was of a bullfrog that I had found In a creek near our house. I borrowed my Mom's camera and took the frog to an excellent location in the backyard to create some artistic wildlife shots! My Mother was not too happy when she got the film developed and had thirty-six pictures of a frog. I thought they were great! That was the beginning of my lifelong love affair with photography.

After high school, I studied art and photography at East Texas State University and went on to open my own studio in Dallas Tx in the 1990s. After several years I was recruited by one of the nation's leaders in digital photography to work in their state-of-the-art 186,000 square foot studio in North Carolina. I worked there for 7 years until 2003 when Stage Stores Inc. hired me to assist in the buildout and management of their advertising photo studio in Houston Texas.

Working in large studios for all those years was a great experience and gave me the technical and lighting skills needed to provide you with high-end professional photography that really stands out!
