I would give Boutique Travel ten stars if I could! I had never used a travel agent before, and I'm SO glad that I finally decided to do it for the honeymoon (which hasn't happened yet). Ellen has been amazing throughout the whole honeymoon booking / prep phase, and I'm sure I'll feel really secure traveling abroad knowing that we have her as our lifeline should we need her. We came to Ellen thinking we needed help choosing between Bora Bora and Hawaii, but all of the information she shared with us lead us to realize that Fiji was actually much more suited to our priorities and price point. What I really love about Ellen, (aside from her bubbly personality), is that she visits all of the top honeymoon spots periodically, just to make sure that all of the resorts and hotels she's recommending are up to par. She really, really knows her stuff!

Ellen has never taken more than a few hours to respond to an email, and she always answers in great detail, no matter how small or silly I may have thought my question was. I feel totally comfortable asking her anything, and the wealth of knowledge you'll find at Boutique Travel goes way beyond internet searches. I definitely plan on going through Ellen to book any future trips! Her services don't cost a dime, and she never, ever tried to "sell" us anything; she just presented us with a ton of info to use to make our own decisions, emphasizing that it's all about OUR budget and what WE want to do. We're beyond excited to leave for our honeymoon in 2 months, and knowing that we have Ellen on our side if we need anything is absolutely invaluable! I will update my review after the trip, but I'm sure my rating won't change :)
