Briar Common Brewery + Eatery is one of the newest venues with some of the richest history in Denver Colorado. The brewery and restaurant opened as a collaboration of two brothers in late 2016. The renovations prior to opening were thorough, allowing for a state-of-the-art on site brewery and modern amenities. The only features remaining from this 100+ year old building are the stunning brick walls and intricate ceiling tiles.
