Ali made our wedding day perfectly seamless. If there were any hiccups on the day of - which there must have been, right? - my husband and I have no clue what they were because Ali handled them for us. Everything was in place and everyone knew what to do and when to do it. Her calm, grounded, and down-to-earth presence put us at ease. Throughout wedding planning I was a very type A bride and on top of the details, but that wasn't the person I wanted to be on the day of my wedding. We completely trusted Ali to handle anything that came up so my husband and I were able to enjoy the day without worrying about any of the details. Everyone was surprised that we weren't stressed the week leading up to our wedding, but we had full confidence that Ali understood our vision and would bring it to life. Even though we opted for the Event Management package (essentially day-of coordination) I felt supported throughout the planning process. The planning checklist, guest list, and budget in Aisle Planner helped me stay on track with planning. I had a couple of questions about HMUA and alterations vendors and Ali helped point me in the right direction. She also had some great suggestions about how we could create the guest experience we envisioned and make the wedding really feel like "us." Whenever we had a question Ali immediately had an answer, if not a pre-prepared document. If you want less stress throughout planning and to be able to relax and be fully present on your big day, then hire Ali.

Ali. Was. Amazing. We hired her as our day-of coordinator, and she truly went above and beyond to handle every little detail and make sure we could sit back and enjoy our day. From her past experience running a venue, she has a great sense for what questions to ask and thought of so many things that we never would have even thought to consider. Just a quick list of all she did for us: provided vendor recommendations, created a day-of timeline, contacted all of our vendors to coordinate arrival/delivery times, handled vendor payments/tips onsite, coordinated our rehearsal, picked up all our decor in advance, set up and tore down all of our decor, dropped decor off after the wedding, handled all questions and issues during the wedding, and I'm sure a million other things that never made it on our radars! She is awesome, best investment you could make to ensure you can sit back and enjoy your day!

Ali charged me 5k and I don't feel she provided the services we agreed to when I hired her. Months after my wedding she still has not responded and provided me a copy of the contract. I never received that at the beginning either. She gave a me a list of possible vendors to chose from and gave me access to an app with checklists of things to do. I did all of them myself, I had only 2 meetings with her, she didn't do a design concept with me. Then she became unresponsive after I paid her the final payment early on 9/7/22 in cash at one of the 2 meetings we had. I fired her on 9/23/22 after confirming with 2 vendors that my rental orders from months ago had not yet been placed. She immediately answered and said she needed time to think before she responded. Throughout the entire process she would take days or weeks to respond to simple questions so I was shocked to receive a response so quickly. She asked for my new planners name so she could send them information but I didn't need her involved because I had all of the information already and she didn't bring anything to the table. She did not address my request for a refund. On 10/27 I emailed her again asking for a response. I didn't hear from Ali until January 3rd of 2023. She denied my request for a refund stating that the contract I signed said that if you cancel less than 60 days then you’re released from further payments minus the 25% non-refundable retainer fee and any monies paid but I had already paid early in full. She did not send a copy of said contract and her last sentence of the email was, "I will not be responding further to any communication as I do not feel it would be productive. I do wish you the best." She would have ruined my wedding if I hadn't gotten a new planner. I take responsibility for not demanding a copy of the contract upfront and for paying her early but I just didn't think people would act this way. The new planner did more in 1 week for me (things I didn't even know needed to be done) than she did in 6 months. I wouldn't recommend this vendor under any circumstance.
