We could not be happier with our cake from Cakelore! Loretta did a fantastic job! Our tasting experience was amazing and she was willing to do just about anything and any combination even if she didn't have it at that moment. We knew we wanted a naked cake and the results were amazing. The flavors: chocolate godiva with raspberry chambord filling, marble cake with a peanut butter chocolate mousse and Lady Baltimore with berry filling were so delicious. We didn't want to have a cake that crumbled when you cut into it and this cake is one we still have dreams about! If you want an amazing tasting cake, go to Cakelore-Loretta is the sweetest!

Loretta was fantastic to work with and made us feel a part of her family since the first email we sent. She walked us through the whole process and with so many delicious combinations it was hard to settle on just 2 for our cupcakes. She was able to tell us what she thought would taste good and we appreciated every bit of advice. Our cupcakes looked way better than I could have ever imagined and she made sure every little detail was in order. All our family and friends kept asking us where we got our cupcakes from because they were that amazing. We are happy we got us some extra cupcakes so we can enjoy a bit of a wedding day again and again!

I love Loretta & Cakelore!!! We first met Loretta about 7 months before our wedding date. We had already sampled a few other bakeries and thought they were great, but when we met with Loretta she blew all of the competition out of the water. Her cakes are delicious, and the designs she can do are amazing.

We loved all of her flavors so much, that we had a hard time deciding which ones to pick! We ended up also ordering a grooms cake - somewhat as an excuse to choose more flavors. She is so flexible and creative with whatever flavors you are thinking. We were leaning toward a cookies & cream mousse filling, so she whipped some up personally for us to sample.

For the wedding cake we ended up with an amaretto cake/nutella filling & a chocolate liqueur cake/bailey's buttercream mousse filling, along with a lime cake/lime curd filling for the groom's cake (you must try her fruit curds, they are so fresh & delicious!). We had many guests comment on how great the cakes were.

Loretta not only makes amazing cakes, but she is such a kind woman with a sweet heart. She made us feel welcome from our first tasting, and made wedding planning so much fun! Highly recommend!
