Above and Beyond

Steve was wonderful! He worked with us on exactly what we wanted and went above and beyond what we asked for. The food was super tasty, too. Steve was able to get us the pasta buffet that we wanted, china, salt and pepper shakers, as well as silverware in napkins that matched our colors. Then he went above any expectation and brought cake cutting knives and cut our cake up for us, even though we hadn't asked him to and it wasn't it in our contract. I would highly recommend Capricorn Catering for any event. He was prompt on responses and allowed me to make payments. He did exactly what he said he would and was on time when we needed him.

Above and Beyond

It was a pleasure working with Steve and his lovely staff. Steve was flexible and so helpful planning the meal and the service. We wanted a Willamette Valley farm to table experience for our guests and that is exactly what we got. What we hadn't planned on was being swarmed by yellowjackets and even though Steve is allergic to bees he stayed and carved the beef with an EpiPen in his pocket while bees literally swarmed him and the beef. We would not have expected this of anyone. That man has real grit!

Fantastic! So thankful to have found Capricorn Catering!

Steve was recommended to us by our Wedding Venue and by our Cake Baker. We heard such good things about the food and the capabilities of this caterer, that we didn't even ask for a tasting. Capricorn Catering has a wide variety of options for events.

We were very impressed with the appetizer and dinner presentation at the reception and so thankful that we actually had the chance to sit and enjoy the dinner! Steve also added a saute' station which added a very special touch to the buffet.

As soon as we booked Capricorn Catering, one of the only things we found we were not stressed about was the catering - because Steve made it stress-free. We had full confidence in his service and he went above and beyond at our event. Thanks so much!!! Cory & Tony
