Carrie’s Crispies started in 2015 when Carrie took her passion for Rice Crispie Treats and turned it into the first dedicated Rice Crispie Treat Company in the Midwest, basing themselves out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Together with her husband Brian, they will forever change the way you think about the ordinary Rice Crispie Treat!

Carrie’s Crispies are built on love, passion and an unceasing sweet tooth, that together make the perfect rendition of a childhood favorite. Bite-sized, variety of flavors

We had several guests that were gluten and/or dairy intolerant, and we're not really big cake people ourselves. Carrie's Crispies made it easy to accommodate all our dietary needs and we got to have a variety of flavors instead of just one wedding cake flavor. They have a ton of flavor options so you can really have fun and get some unique desserts - bonus that they're small enough to have two. They deliver and set up (they will also take down if you want), which made the day-of that much easier. Carrie and Brian are easy to work with, and we highly recommend them for your wedding and any other event for which you are looking for a unique treat.

Tasty, unique, and reasonably priced -- people STILL talk about the Carrie's Crispies from our wedding!

Carrie’s Crispies is such a unique business, and everything they do is tasty! After frequenting this business since they opened their bright blue building in West Allis, we knew that we wanted them to be part of our wedding day! We ordered several trays of mini-crispies as dessert, and everyone loved them! While not every single flavor of theirs is gluten free, many of them are, making this an excellent and easy dessert choice for those with dietary restrictions. Carrie’s Crispies went above and beyond with their communication, and they were willing to bring back some “flavors of the week” that we’d had previously but that were otherwise out of season; their Carrot Cake crispie is absolutely to die for! They were very fairly priced, and we loved that they included free delivery to our venue at a very reasonable minimum order. We look forward to frequenting Carrie’s Crispies as a married couple and will definitely use their catering again!

Awesome Non-Cake Wedding Dessert

Working with Carrie's Crispies for our wedding was a great experience all the way through. We wanted to take an unconventional approach to dessert but still have something delicious that our guests would love, and this was the perfect solution. At the beginning of the process Carrie and Brian had us in at their shop for a taste test where we got to sample all sorts of flavors. They were open to providing any flavor for our wedding, including custom ideas if we had any. When it came to the big day, they were there for setup and teardown. The whole process was so smooth, and it's a bonus that it's such a good value in comparison to fancy wedding cakes!
