Founded in 2008, Catering Consciously has quickly become Denver’s premier Boutique Caterer for fabulous Weddings, Corporate Events, Personal Chef Services and Exclusive Dinner Parties. Our experienced team will prepare exquisite cuisine that is beautifully presented and backed up with flawless service…every time.

We custom design the menus that our clients ask for. If incredible, delicious food is a high priority for you, you need Catering Consciously!

Our conscious philosophy means we source Local, Organic, Seasonal and Sustainable products. Our Colorado Lamb Chops w/ locally sourced Mint Infused Demi Glace will stick to your lips, as well as in your guests' memories for a long time! Seafood in the Rockies, no problem! Our fresh Jumbo Lump Crab and Maine Lobster Cakes will start your event with a Preserved Lemon-y Twist!

We will prepare our delicious cuisine for as few as two guests, or up to 250 of your friends, family and business associates. Our Chefs are well versed in different cuisines, including Thai, Japanese, Chinese, Italian, French, Vietnamese, Spanish and of course, American!

Matt and Corrina at Catering Consciously totally blew us away when we decided to work with them for our wedding! They were amazing! Gardening and sustainability is a big part of our lives and we wanted to find a caterer who would be willing to use the food we grew ourselves for the wedding and they stepped right in, totally excited to work with what we had. Not only that, but Matt took what we had to offer and made the most incredible menu, our wedding guests are still telling us it was the best wedding food they've ever had! They were so efficient, collaborative, truly skilled and talented and super easy to work with. We highly recommend CC for any occasion, they are absolutely brilliant at what they do and the results were simply perfect!

We chose Catering Consciously because we were interested in catering that would use food that's natural, organic if possible. But mostly we were looking for delicious food that would fit our budget. And we certainly got that with Catering Consciously-- other tastings we had gone to just paled in comparison once we tasted the amazing delicious fare they offered us at Catering Consciously. Of course the fact that they compost as much of their waste as possible and buy local and organic whenever possible were just some of their "green" features that really sealed the deal for us.

And they did a terrific job-- they are so personable and professional, that this was one piece of the wedding I really didn't have to stress about at all, which was wonderful. Everyone loved the food, and we also loved the statement we feel it made about us that we would choose such an ethical vendor to provide the food for our special celebration.
