I was very disappointed with the services provided by Central Texas Party Bus. I hired them to shuttle my wedding guests from the hotel to the venue and vise versa. The timing was completely off and caused several of my guests to be late to my ceremony. Some guests even ended up driving themselves. The timing was not as much of a problem because I understand traffic, construction, and other factors can be to blame. However, I was very disappointed to hear how disrespectful they were when speaking with my bridesmaid and even my husband. They were unwilling to work with us to adjust the times as needed throughout the night and had a very negative attitude. I will say communication with Rhonda up until the day of the wedding was fantastic. The day of just did not go as planned.

Very poor professional attitude

I just talked to Rhonda and her attitude with me was terrible as I was calling her that I had a client looking to book a party bus and was trying to update her email address on file. She did not want customers referred from All Time Favorites and just her attitude was so poor we now have her on a DO NOT CALL list here. I do not want other people to run into this type of attitude.
