YOU will become the châtelain in this lovely XVIIth century estate located in the heart of the Perche region in the middle of a 350 acre property with ponds, rivers, waterfalls, century old trees and an old watermill.

A high peak pole tent is installed on the lawn in front of the Chateau a few feet from the barn forming an ideal entertainment complex. You will also enjoy a tastefully decorated barn containing a ballroom, a hunt room with a 9ft pool table, and two bars. An exotic sunroom with a hot tub and endless current pool complete this exceptional setting not far from Paris.
