Where do I even begin? My wedding would not have happened without Chelsea, Jess, and the rest of the CCWP team. We met Chelsea by chance when she gave us a tour of what would later become our wedding venue, Orchard River View in Palisade. As soon as we finished the tour, my mom and I looked at each other and knew we had to hire her. There is something about Chelsea's warmth and approachability, can-do/no-problem attitude that is infectious and extremely comforting for a bride-to-be (and her mother). Chelsea was available 24/7 for anything we needed and is extremely professional and responsive. She checked in on me throughout the year to see how I was doing and put my mind at ease every time. We were very overwhelmed by the entire process, but Chelsea and her team never left a doubt in our minds that everything would be handled. And did they handle absolutely everything and then some!
Our wedding day did not quite go as planned - it was the rainiest day on record for Palisade and we had an outdoor ceremony. Chelsea knew that I really wanted an outdoor ceremony and tried up until the very last minute to find a tiny window of clear sky to make it happen, ready with towels and umbrellas when the time was right. Alas, it was not meant to be and we had to do a major pivot. Chelsea and her team were on top of it and perfectly executed a completely different ceremony site, entrances, the whole thing, all while roaming about in the pouring rain. On top of it all, Chelsea shepherded my beloved arbor in the back of a pickup truck in the rain to make sure it made it to the ceremony. If that isn't dedication, I don't know what is. I know I will never be able to thank her and her team enough for everything they did that day, many details of which I'm sure I will never know, but I hope this review will serve as a sign that anyone considering hiring CCWP should do it as soon as possible!

Chelsea helped make a magical day! Our daughter's wedding was held at Vista View in western CO in late Sept 2022. Chelsea was SO helpful all along the way in the planning. And she helped make the big event go so smoothly. We are so grateful. Thank you Chelsea!

Chelsea was my designated Day of Coordinator that was provided to me through my venue and I cannot say enough positive things about her. She helped keep me sane through the whole wedding planning process. Not only was she super responsive to any questions I had or anything I needed, she was just super helpful all around - willing to share her experience to ensure you have the best day possible. Because of her, my wedding day was an absolute dream. She knew exactly what I wanted and needed through it all. I would recommend Chelsea a million times over and am so glad to have worked with her :)
