"Chris Marks started the band in 2005 as a team of 4 musicians, but sometimes, change is necessary for growth. In 2010 the band did just that and added both a second lead guitar player and a keyboard player that made the sound hotter than ever. Fueled by a diverse musical background, the Chris Marks Band is exploding with talent. 'The first time everyone pulled together, things just clicked and fell into place' says Chris, 'You just had this feeling like this was the way it should have been all along.'"

"The influences of the band are quite eclectic at best. A musical maelstrom of classical, country, rock, soul, bluegrass and TV theme songs; a personal vice of keyboard player Julius Kucsma. 'When you perform cover songs you hate to regurgitate what someone else has already done,' says keyboard player Julius Kucsma, 'We try to add a little something extra. Blend two, three or more songs together to really make the music pop.' "As with any great team each member brings their own personal character and ability to the table. Lead guitarist Reid Atwood is the marketer and designer; lead guitarist Justin Green is just a good'ol country boy; Bassist Ronnie Caudle is the quiet giant; Piano/ Keyboard player Julius Kucsma is the "class clown" that keeps everyone laughing; Drummer Todd Grubb has the innate ability to spot reptiles and creatures of the night; last but not least, Lead vocalist Chris Marks. "Although they couldn't be happier to play for their home state of North Carolina, the Chris Marks Band is ready for a larger role in the region. They are currently working on songs for their first EP scheduled for release in late 2015. 'We really want to put our music out there,' Justin says, 'We have the talent, the God given ability and the love for music we want to share.'"
