I could not imagine what our wedding day would have been like if Christina had not been a part of it! She assured every last detail was taken care of and that things went as smoothly as possible. I was able to enjoy the entire day and not worry at all about the little things. Working with Christina for months prior to our wedding allowed me to get to know her better and better with each meeting - giving me the confidence that everything was going to be great! Family and friends have approached me saying it was the most fun they have ever had at a wedding and everyone said I was the most relaxed bride they had ever seen...thanks to Christina!

We hired Christina Hagan for her services on the day of our wedding. She was not involved in the many months of planning prior to the event, and did not book any of our other vendors. I am writing this review because in spite of her, our wedding was gorgeous and I do not want future brides to look and pictures on Christina's website and think that she was responsible for our beautiful wedding.

We asked Christina to do very little for our wedding aside from coordinate the day, so we didn't have to worry about it, and make sure everything went smoothly with all of the other vendors. The only thing she did was make a timeline for the event (something I'm sure we could have done ourselves if push came to shove). We asked her to find transportation, the only vendor that we had procrastinated in booking. She failed to find any form of transportation for us, but my mother was able to accomplish this task, without the "vendor connections" Christina should have given her profession. The only other things she did included buying sparklers (charging us $1 per sparkler!) and making 3 signs (charging us $300 and they could have been made at Kinko's for far less).

As far as communication goes, for someone who is a coordinator, Christina has horrible people skills. Not only did I find her extremely pushy when dealing with her and planning out the evening (an evening my mother and I had already done 95% of the planning of), but she managed to create bad feelings with at least 3 of the other vendors. My mother and I had to smooth things over with these people ourselves, which is totally unnecessary drama for the bride less than a week before her wedding.

On the day of the wedding, Christina wasn't even present most of the afternoon to coordinate all of the vendors when they were arriving and setting up. My bridesmaids and I set up the escort cards ourselves. The groom and groomsmen were not even given a timeline of the day and had no idea when to start getting ready, etc. In fact, Christina did not even tell them when to go outside and usher. Luckily, they did on there on accord when they noticed people were beginning to arrive. It did not occur to Christina to get our luggage into the towncar driving us to the hotel at the end of the evening. We had to find her and ask her to do that. In addition, the chocolatier put together a box of truffles for Matt and I to enjoy since we did not have time at the reception. Oddly, that box never made it to our car either.....maybe Christina ate them!

I am not simply venting because our evening went poorly. Quite the contrary! It was an absolutely amazing and perfect wedding! But I think that the quality of the wedding needs to be attributed to my other vendors, who were all outstanding. The purpose of the preceding paragraphs was to delineate responsibilities that should have been taken care of by Christina, given her job title and the amount she charged us for her services. All I am trying to do is prevent Christina from taking credit for a beautiful event to which she did not contribute adequately.
