Alex holds her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in cello performance from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts. She holds the Assistant Principal Cello position with the Greensboro Symphony, and is a member of the Western Piedmont and Winston-Salem Symphonies. She also has an active career as a chamber musician.

Susan is a very accomplished violinist and violist. She graduated from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts with her Bachelor of Music degree. She also earned her Master’s Degree in Violin Performance from Florida State University where she also studied Baroque violin and viola. She is a violinist with the Winston Salem Symphony and maintains a private studio of violin students and performs regularly in the area. Susan also teaches the Alexander Technique , a way of coordinating the mind a body for the most efficient way of moving and breathing to musicians, actors, and people from all walks of life, both privately and at Salem College, Wake Forest University, and UNCSA.

Colleen is a violinist as well as a teacher. As an active freelance artist, she performs frequently throughout North Carolina and Virginia. She is a member of the Greensboro Symphony and has been the concertmaster of the Danville (VA) Symphony Orchestra. Colleen has taught private and group lessons to preschool through college students at all levels. She is a certified Suzuki educator at the Music Academy of North Carolina, where she was formerly the head of the string department. Additionally, she conducts the Greensboro Symphony Youth Philharmonic. She received her Master of Music in Violin Performance from the University of North Carolina Greensboro and her Bachelor of Music in Music Performance and Education from Ithaca College.

JORGE is an international violinist from Latin America who grew up in Monterrey City, Mexico. He received his MM in Violin Performance from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. Jorge has held principal positions in various regional orchestras in NC such as; Fayetteville Symphony, Salisbury Symphony, Brevard Symphony and Western Piedmont Symphony. He currently has contracts with Greensboro Symphony, Winston-Salem Symphony, Roanoke Symphony and is Assistant Concertmaster of Symphony of the Mountains in TN. Jorge has also performed as a guest with groups as the Charleston Symphony, Richmond Symphony and Asheville Symphony. Jorge enjoys playing and teaching crossover styles of classical music as well as folk style music and has toured Portugal and Spain with folk music groups.

Amanda was a violin performance major at UNCG and studied with the late Dr David Moskovitz. She is equally proficient on violin as well as piano and has a full home studio teaching both instruments. Along with accompanying several string teacher's studios, she is an accompanist at St Andrew’s Anglican Church in Asheboro as well as at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church in Greensboro. She performs extensively throughtout the area.

Lauren graduated from the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music in 2012 with a Bachelor of Music in Cello Performance. There she performed with the IU Philharmonic Orchestra and Terre Haute Symphony. Since moving to Greensboro in December 2012, she has performed often throughout the Triad in orchestra and chamber settings and teaches private cello lessons as well. Lauren loves to be part of the wedding business because she finds it such a joy to be a part of each couple's special day. She also has a Master's Degree in Counseling from UNCG and currently works as a counselor in Winston-Salem.

Heather is a violist, string teacher, and conductor living in Greensboro, North Carolina, where she is pursuing a PhD in Music Education at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She is the Music Director and Conductor of the Greensboro Symphony Youth Orchestra and assistant conductor of the UNCG Sinfonia. She has a private violin and viola studio at The Music Academy of North Carolina, where she was awarded the Mary Elizabeth King Brown Teaching Excellence Award in 2014. Heather has also taught elementary through university orchestra in Illinois, Georgia, and North Carolina. She serves on the faculty of the Florida State University String Orchestra Camp every summer.

Heather holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Music Education and Viola Performance from Augustana College and Master of Music degrees in Music Education and Viola Performance from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She is an active guest conductor, clinician, and violist throughout the United States.

Margaret is a member of the Salisbury Symphony and plays Principal Cello for several community orchestras. She teaches cello as Adjunct Instructor at High Point University and in the studios of Moore Music Company. Her many performances include Bloch’s Schelomo, Haydn D Major and Boccherini B-flat concertos, chamber works, and church and venue solos.She earned a B.Mus.Ed. at Wheaton College (IL), an M.M. in cello performance and composition at Boston University, and a Ph.D. in musicology at the Université de Paris IV-Sorbonne.
