Cosmopolitan Catering is a wedding catering company based in West Valley City, Utah. They've been in business for over 35 years. They've worked with many top venues in the Wasatch Front region; they've also been the exclusive catering partner of Louland Falls since 2016 (May through mid-October). Founder Mark Petrey is a French-trained chef; he designs all the company's recipes and menus.
