Facilities and Capacity
The main area at the Cox Business Convention Center is the Tulsa Ballroom, a huge room with a neutral color scheme, removable walls, and a glass-walled gallery entry. Couples will receive the North Ballroom Gallery with their booking, which can be used for a ceremony or cocktail reception, as well as the option of using The Assembly Hall for dinner and dancing. The option to reserve Tulsa Ballroom B or the larger Tulsa Ballroom AB is also a selection that allows couples to host up to 3,000 wedding guests. Smaller wedding parties can choose to use the Conference Hall for their intimate ceremony, which has the same flexible walls as the ballroom.

This facility has a dedicated on-site catering manager and event coordinator to assist in planning the perfect day. They also have state-of-the-art A/V and technical services and a fantastic in-house catering team. At Cox Business Convention Center, the in-house floral and decorating staff have extensive experience providing decor for all types of themed and styled weddings, even able to accommodate something as out-of-the-box as an indoor ice rink within the complex.

Cuisine
The purchase of food through the catering department ensures couples will also receive wait staff, tables, chairs, table settings, and linens. Catering is provided by Chef Devin Levine, CEC, who has over 40 years of culinary experience cooking for influential music artists, celebrities, and prestigious events. With his professional background, Chef Levine has great capability to offer a variety of menu options for couples, including cake design. Together with the catering manager, couples will be able to select the food and beverage options appropriate for their event.
