Started in 1988 by a couple of foodies that were in Love! The First few years we were trying to find our niche. We started with unique chef created hors d'oeuvres receptions and private parties. Than multi course sit-down plated meals. With heavy seafood influences of Chef Ron's Boston born roots and Lynn's Great Britain upbringing, soon we were cooking full New England Lobster & Clambakes. Later came casual buffets & stations.

Along the way we we lucky enough to have served some well known influential individuals including First Ladies Barbara Bush, and Hillary Clinton, Governors Mario Coumo, George Pataki, and Andrew Coumo, Presidential Candidate & consumer activist Ralph Nader, Syracuse Mayors Bernardi, Matt Driscoll, Stephanie Minor, some exciting entertainers including The Rolling Stones, & Derks Bentley

In 2002 Chef Ron was named Central New York Chef of the Year by the American Culinary Federation. Over 29+ wonderful & exciting years later we still haven't slowed down. In 2015 Chef Ron was invited to cook at the prestigious James Beard House in NYC for the Empire State Feast! Straight off the bucket list of every chef out there!
