I wish I could keep reliving the day!

I just got married here this past Friday, so all of the feelings and memories are very fresh, and I’m still overcome with gratitude for the team at CHCC.

My now-husband and I knew we were in great hands from the very first moment when we booked our wedding with Mark, and this was confirmed once again when Samantha was assigned as our Banquet Manager. She made it her personal mission to allieviate any stress and worry I had, and solve any problems that I flagged as potential hiccups. Our meeting with her felt like a catch-up session with a family member, and I was left feeling energized and excited after everytime we communicated, whether it was in-person, on the phone, or via email. She is truly a miracle worker and we will never be able to properly express just how much it meant to us every time she went the extra mile.

Karen & Al were our day-of team and they are the definition of DREAM TEAM. I honestly wish they could run my life on the daily.

Karen, my Bridal Attendant, was so warm and instantly became my BFF for the day. She was there keeping me hydrated, fed, put together, and stress free. She even took behind-the-scenes photos and videos on her phone and sent them to me afterwards, which I will cherish forever since we didn’t have a budget for a videographer. She also packed away food for us so we would have leftovers to eat at home since we were busy running around all night. She is an absolute gem and any bride would be lucky to get taken care of by her.

Al, our maitre d’, was super organized and on top of everything, and even talked me down from a panic attack when I thought I messed up my card box. My husband’s parents are in wheelchairs, and he showed extra care to guide and assist them, and to take care of them while they were at the venue. He kept us on schedule and on the same page as our vendors the whole night, and it’s not lost on us that he is a big reason that absolutely NOTHING went wrong throughout the night!

If I knew just how taken care of we were going to be, I literally wouldn’t have stressed about a single thing leading up to the wedding. With the way they treated us, it all seems so silly now! And I’m SO happy I did not hire a day-of coordinator because it was absolutely not needed. The CHCC team know exactly what they are doing and they are really all you need.

Food and beverage was amazing and people were blown away by the quantity. We had guests trying to fill up at cocktail hour because they thought that was it since there was SO MUCH food, and they were amazed when we told them that no, there is still a whole reception with a 4-course meal! Our exit station with cookies, tea, and coffee was also a big hit.

Long story short, CHCC is an amazing event space and is honestly not talked about enough. The bang for your buck with their grounds and their team is unheard of and if I could do it all over, I’d book with them again in a heartbeat. Cannot recommend enough!!!

Amazing Wedding - 9.10.23

Crest Hollow was the first venue we toured on our venue search, and we fell in love the moment we pulled into the drive way. Leading up to our September 2023 wedding, we worked with Mark and Maria, and they were both fantastic! Super communicative and easy to work with! Our Maître d' was Al and our bridal attendant was Natalia - both were absolutely FANTASTIC and made the entire day run so smoothly. If anything went wrong during they day, we didn't know because they were both on top of it. We had our outdoor ceremony in the English Garden and our reception in the Emerald Room. Both were decorated exceptionally. Our guests raved about the cocktail hour by the pool. The food was also incredible! Our custom mocktails were also a huge hit. Everything went so perfectly, and we cannot recommend Crest Hollow Country Club enough. Thank you to the entire staff for making our day so special!

Perfect place

Me and my fiance are getting married in two years and didnt even know where to start. we saw a couple of venues. This was the last venue we decided to check out. We went there open minded. The place is beautiful i thought the plates were going to be expensive. Meeting with Leo he put us at ease and looked at different rooms. The place is beautiful. We made sure the date was available. I called him and told him we definitely want to book the venue.
